I preordered the Switch 2 the second it went live in April… it's now days after launch and Target still hasn’t shipped mine. They slapped a shipping label on it and called it “preparing to ship” for like a week just so I couldn’t cancel. Meanwhile, people just walked into stores on launch day and bought one off the shelf.

Walmart was out here delivering at 6am with snacks like the cool uncle, and Target’s still trying to figure out where they put my console… and my dignity.

Never preordering from them again...
