I disagree with Lucas, almost every player I've encountered so far that says "don't shoot!" Really wants to be peaceful. This is in stark contrast to games like Tarkov, and seems to indicate this game's community seems to be more PvE-oriented than PvP (at least in the beginner levels that I play at).
