For the most part I think this is spot on. I haven't played Zombies ate my neighbors, so I don't know if it should be there or not. I'm just going to assume that the game was awesome and I just missed out on it. Everything else though, I have played, loved, and could pick up again today and still have fun with them.

I'm actually kind of hoping for another great example of corporate greed to pop up on some bizarre project that gets announced. Give me another person filling in the role of red shirt guy asking "Wait, is this another out of season April Fools Joke?" And give me another corporate toad, or the same one would be better, saying "Wait you guys still don't have phones?" Ahh yes, give me something confusing and utterly hilarious. After all, their new pimp daddy Microsoft has to squeeze more cents and dollars out of us somehow.

This is a good list. I would argue that 2 belongs on it. It introduced concepts that forever changed Final Fantasy games. An important character who helps you named Cid, a large yellow bird like creature called a Chocobo, the most powerful spell being called Ultima, a town of Mages called Mysidia. A lot of firsts that moved Final Fantasy away from a Dungeon and Dragons clone into it's own franchise.
