It's about how good it a series it is. I agree that it's premature to put Frieren here, but it definitely has the potential to be better. The one you should be questioning is Dragon Ball, Naruto is objectively better

Dimension the only ones I strongly disagree with. I can see an argument for most of them though. I agree with One Piece, HxH might have more consistency, I think Frieren has the potential to (but it hasn't shown enough yet imo), frankly I haven't seen FMAB but everybody swears it's the best thing ever. I've only seen the first three parts of JJBA and I like Naruto more, but there's a very strong argument for it to go either way.
