you have to loot everyone you kill and sell their weapons and armor to merchants, thats the fastest way ive found to get money. Also you can get the master craft mod that lets you craft anything with no cost on cash or supplies, craft the highest level stuff and sell it right back to them for like 10k in a few mins.
