The Horu Horu no Mi in the hands of someone who isn't like Iva would be terrifying, simply because the Gender swap Hormones are only used (if I remember correctly) on themself and that one guard who was completely chill with it. The guard probably got over heard by the 5.5 level inmates and they told Iva about it.
