See AllA Final Fantasy 8 Remake Shouldn't Be a Totally Faithful Adaptation
Hmm, more nonsense from someone who probably never played the game. It didn't get too hard, it got too easy. If you got every optional GF and maxed out on the best magic, you would become ridiculously overpowered. Especially if you refined and bought all the scrolls and evened out all the GF junction abilities so all characters had basically all stats junctionable, you could be absorbing basically all magic, immune to all statues, applying multiple status with normal attacks and then with the use of Aura and the ultimate weapons and limit breaks you could just wipe the floor with every boss and enemy. It took a lot of work though and felt so rewarding. It's also a game that if you didn't play properly, you could literally reach the final bosses and it was impossible to win. That happened on my very first play, I had to start over from the beginning and do it properly haha. Knowing what I do now though, there were ways I could have still improved at that point my first time, but would have still been severely lacking in power.
Dragon Ball: Which Saiyan Had The Best Design?
I agree. They're all cool. But Super Saiyan 4 just looked awesome and I can't believe it's not canon, it seems the most fitting and well thought out of them all, actually drawing on their inherent ability to become a giant ape to get the power and a cool look, without actually being a giant ape. It's the most logical and narratively fitting transformation of them all.
