Having just completed a binge-watch of both seasons to prepare myself for s3 I think that although change is encouraging a change of tracksuit would cause confusion at this stage and may prompt the audience to ask ‘why do this now in the final season?’. The players are all there for the same reason so just as the critical stay-or-go vote in s2 divided them, there may be other twists and turns in s3 that will cause division amongst the players without detracting from the tracksuit which is the symbol that binds them all in the game.
