Hmm...no this article does not cover the "rework" to Jeff. His healing is nerfed. The aforementioned joyful spash does less healing. His bubbles have been reduced from 6 to 3 and do healing over time rather than burst healing. His primary attack has been reduced and put on cooldown. And he can only swim for a few seconds on a cooldown rather than infinite. This is nothing less than a massive nerf, and a punishment for players being creative by finding ways to make one of the weaker healers actually viable. It's an insult to Jeff mains. This is why people are upset. Not because of joyful splash.
