What wins of Assassin's creed Shadows? The weather? You mean the same weather found in Skull and Bones as well as AC 3?

So, we will have Sunny, Dark, Cloudy and Rainy? How is this a win? We already HAD this stuff in the original, albeit not as good as what we can do now. But it looked fine for the time. And like you said, the setting is in a climate that's always warm/hot.

I also cannot believe we have people writing articles defending asset reuse from their AAAA game.

If this was Jan 2025, this article would make sense but its 2026 and those lifetime sales are terrible.

It gets like 2.5k players a day at max. 14 months ago they had 18k. It's been consistently low player numbers.

For an overwhelmingly positive game, this is the first time I've ever heard of it. To me it looks like a worse terraria.

I'm pretty sure I played the demo and while it was good visually, the story and yapping wasn't all that interesting.

The game is more like a watered down hades than it is vampire survivors. Most of the builds didn't outlast a cookie cutter meta of just healing through the swarms. But that was just the demo.

I feel like this game was just a Hades clone, personally. But it never hit the ground running. Never felt like anything i was using was good enough to care about. Never felt like the story was worth all the downtime.

I of course will check out the full game but wont have my hopes up high for it.

The battlemage set is a terrible set to suggest for early mages.

The Spellslinger set is MUCH easier to build for and get. More damage = ends combat faster = spec into regen out of combat = easy fights.

Another two things that will help make the entire game easier for you are, Winter's Crone Wrath, found at that abondoned stronghold (among other areas) and the Wand of Piercing cold. Together this combo allows you to insta-freeze your attackers. It's always good to have incase you need a moment to breathe.

Soulstone Survivor should've come close as it has an insane amount of progression and characters/skills. But you just cant beat the OG that started it all.

After that, Halls of Torment, Death must die, Spell Brigade, Twilight Survivors, 12 Minutes to Midnight, and of course, Megabonk are all good games with their own strengths.
