The additions you propose, while awesome, I think are meant for the dedicated modding community. It's rare these days when developers say, "Hey people who love our game: run wild with it and have fun making the coolest/weirdest stuff you can think of!" Larian renewing the precedent for letting the community take the reigns to increase the longevity, and quality, of the game. I say we let them give it to us.

Eventually we'll have an expanded all-in-one balanced mod that includes all subclasses in the game, adds the Artificer, and a whole slew of other things that will make it an essential mod to have. We'll have essential special scripting mods a la Skyrim SKSE, unofficial patches to fix things, and a whole lot of other unique community-made content that will keep the game alive. Even silly mods like Shortash and Withers' Big Naturals are phenomenal that make the game 100x more enjoyable.

I'll be picking up a Switch 2 as quickly as I can. Hopefully this new manufacturing "risky strategy" to keep up with demand includes means to proverbially beat back the scalpers with Ness' bat. I am holding off purchasing a Switch Lite for my son in lieu of the Switch 2, but unless April 2nd reveals pure console garbage I will be most likely purchasing it day-1 or very closely thereafter.
