Clearly the author hasn't touched these themselves. They aren't big enough for an adult to wear completely comfortably. The strap pads are very short. And there's no way the side pockets could fit any sort of water bottle, let alone one on each side. They are tiny. They can fit an applesauce squeezy but that's it.
