Fortnite: How to Get Master Chief & the Matte Black Style

I play Fortnite in one account on a single 'workstation' spread over 3 platforms - PS5, Switch & PC. No Xbox and no access to one over a physical 50 mile radius.

Question: Can I setup my Fortnite account in an online friend's Xbox with my PS5 credentials (read: V bucks)? Account would be deleted after getting Master Chief's matt black style...
