I don't know about anybody else but I have noticed a distinct lack of pre-order bonuses for US-based customers lately when it comes to Nintendo games. I don't understand why they can't make something as simple as a slip cover available for at least all of North America. It brings to my mind how that Paper Mario TTYD remaster had several different pre-order bonuses for different countries (like a super cool diorama for customers in the UK, I was so jealous) but nothing for the US, in fact that game also had a Canada exclusive slip-cover as a pre-order bonus. What gives, did I miss something?
