Wrong information, boruto never learned flying raijin in any timeline even in current timeline, he "CREATED" it from scratch just like tobirama once did even now kashin koji himself can't perform boruto's ftg,you can't teach something you don't know koji only told what he saw and what boruto used,which shows he is more of genius than both Minato and tobirama. Minato learned flying raijin from scrolls or he was taught but kashin koji clearly states boruto never learned original flying raijin, he was finding a way to replicate his otsutsuki teleportation cause he can't control his karma and came up with an entirely new jutsu which produces a similar effect of flying raijin and to honour his grandfather he named it flying raijin but it is not original flying raijin, the very fundamental of Boruto's jutsu is different from tobirama's original flying raijin. It's like purple lightning and chidori both produce same effect and look similar but are very different in working.
