If you want to claim demon slayer beats one piece in terms of movies, sure fine, I can accept that. One Piece movies are basically filler after all, but anime? Sorry not buying that. Even with its better animation, artistic style and pure story, demon slayer can't match One Pieces quality. One Piece has the greatest arcs in anime. Amazing foreshadowing and foresight, world building, and the characters are complex and grip you by the heart. Demon Slayer is a great anime. Its simplicity invites a purity of characters that's refreshing, its stakes of characters dying is thrilling, but it's not enough to top One Piece which basically invented how to do characters justice.

Sorry Orihime fans, if we're choosing a healer from Bleach, Unohana beats Orihime. Also as far as powerful healers go, Elizabeth Liones deserves to be up there as well, she basically had an area effect healing power.
