To be honest we need more sf3 representation so Alex would be perfect with the engine. Ingrid i have been waiting for the longest in my list of God tier/awesome concepts(like king cobra and Cody in his hero costume with his full powers). Now sagat?? To be honest, he was DLC the last time and it would be anticlimactic if he was again. C viper was an awesome fighter I feel could have been fleshed out more along with Abel and El Fuerte.
