Considering Bonnie can apparently do that fake nika thing...
Having them both do it together to overcome the last boss is about the most 'anime' thing possible
Vivi is just a normal girl, probably past the point where having a ship's diplomat makes sense.
Yamato already had their goodbyes so would be dumb to woopsie-doodles joining anyways.
Loki kind of has a mysterious super-weapon thing about him but he's like bigger than the ship and seems like he would overshadow luffy

They just did the S-tier of mana ramp excluding sol ring to try to reduce explosive starts.
Any one card is 20% chance to get by the time you mull to 6. With three of them it's 49% which is not even in the realm of an uncommon start. They're in literally every single cdh deck too so it's kind of just an even sweep, they'll rebalance what its like without them and maybe it makes decks that couldn't exploit them as well more viable too.
I was personally getting sick of the constant turn 1/2 gigantic near impossible to answer commanders that spiral out of control near instantly. I can grin and bear it to let a Timmy have his fun once in a while but it's getting far too common.
The rest of the rocks don't really come close to the consistency these granted(again excluding sol ring) so I think it's an overall great change. Honestly Nadu was the least of it, far scarier things to lead Simic decks than him when you can't have multiple copies of the 0 equips and no white spells with "0:" activated abilities
