Were Rage, The long walk, roadwork, and the running man ever released individually? I thought they were novellas only released as the bachman books. Kind of like Stand by Me, (the body) (Rita Haywood and the )Shawshank Redemption, and Apt Pupil were all in Different seasons. I could be wrong
