I dont agree with this. If an opponent can get set up with darkrai and girantina on the bench (easy if raichu needs to evolve and 3 energy to get set) then raichu will have to make the first KO on Druddigon or whatever tank the opponent is using. Either Girantina or Darkrai could then oneshot Raichu and flip the score 2 to 1.
