Phoebe reminds me of Lily from Pokemon Sun and Moon. But regardless, I share the same thought in believing she'll be Spectro. As far as Brant, I'm guessing Electro or Aero. Seeing as him and Roccia are part of the same group I highly doubt they'll make him Havoc as well.
