There's no way loki joins the crew. He'll eventually rule elbaf just like momonosuke did. Plus, as the crew said, he's too big for the ship. Another argument that goes against it is that he's too strong, and Oda said multiple time that no one will challenge Zoro and Sanji in terms of strength as number 2 and 3 of the crew. They will be allies for sure, but nothing else.
