Here is what I would do i would create an open world game with endless options and the game would have a basic story line but it would be very very mod friendly. With a system in place to help modders and encourage modders. It would be R rated due to the many options of all most complete nude mods for consoles. Story lines could be based on different story options depending on on character race ect… third person options a must great graphics with options from modders to add more than even skyrim. The price for this add mods game could come at a discount since it would be somewhat basic until you add 300 mods
