Elden ring may have variety, but the actual FEEL and FLUIDITY of the combat are TERRIBLE, imprecise, and janky. The only "good" combat system in a From game is Sekiro, and anyone who says otherwise is just living up Froms ass because they have some weird pride in being the "real hardcore gamers". I've played everything on this list except Nine Sols, and let me just say Lies of P and Wukong are way more fluid, responsive, refined, well thought out combat systems than Elden Ring (or BB or any of the DS games). It's just objectively true, Elden rings combat is designed to be DELIBERATELY clunky, like almost EVERY other From game.
Translation: "eVerYtHinG I dONt LiKe iS bAd aNd uGLy" you do realize that for a HUGE majority of people these are 100% the most anticipated open world games in development. Thats not promotion, thats facts. And from an objective standpoint CD isn't even out and its bad lol? OKAY dude. W4 is ugly? Umm it's actually LITERALLY one of the highest fidelity, most detailed open world games ever deveopled. But sure dude, have fun being "edgy and different" and probably scaring away every woman you speak to lol.
