I'm old enough to remember my parents buying Nintendo games in the early 90s. Games then were $59.99 new. But the truth of the matter is that "AAA" games today are still grossly under-inflated. The consumer is getting more for less. So if we adjust for inflation properly, a game's proper pricing by comparison should be double.
