Exactly. As mad as I was about it being down for a day. It made me even more mad that PlayStation only acknowledged it in the beginning and refused to keep us updated. The amount of money we pay they should have sent out mass emails explaining everything and then give updates every few hours. Because being offline for 24 hrs and only being told once that they were working on it was wrong. An now they want to leave us in the dark about what happened. Feels like I'm getting bent over. An I hate that feeling 🤣
