It's a definitely not a remake. But it is rushed and lazy. There's too much focus on Ice Cube and the location he's locked in. Script is really bad. If you think you're coming to watch an action movie, you're gonna be sh out of luck. Won't be hard to focus on the storyline because it's basically from Ice Cube 's perspective and everything he's seeing. The environment never changes except for in brief clips and it's of the action. Looks like it was made on a 1,000 dollar budget C- is my rating. You can follow the story but you won't be able to help but laugh at this movie.
