I requested 3 refunds through my Microsoft account months ago but purchased far more then I requested in refunds, paid for months of fornite crew and they still took things I legitimately paid for, its ridiculous. I'll never play this game again. I played on an Xbox one, if Epic is accepting responsibility why are we being still punished especially when we had no idea what was happening? I worked hard for the money I spent on this game and to have the things I spent my money on taken away it beyond irritating.
