We just reinstalled the original game and left off the patch. That seems to work.

New Civilization 7 Update Coming on March 4
Anybody having difficulty accepting the new privacy policy on the March 4 patch? I can’t seem to select Next. I’ve tried scrolling up and down and the privacy policy, but it won’t let me select the button to continue the game.
