As someone who runs one of these scan groups, I would be a million times less annoyed if the publishers actually had any intention of having an English version of their series published. Instead, only between 1-2% of all manga actually get an English version. So every other series? You don’t read Japanese? Tough. Piracy 100% ALWAYS stems from a service issue from publishers.
