What changes the most is the Deep Desert, but the Hagga Basin map remains mostly unchanged. The overall resource nodes spawn locations don't change that much in that area.

Hey! The Hollow Sun set can be found in the Corrupted Temple *Act 2, Cuanacht you need to complete the whole dungeon and then look on the opposite side to the entrance (behind the temple, basically) for a madman wearing the set. He is one of the Bounty targets from Cuanacth, so if you have them active, you can claim his bounty too.
