Option 3: Contact Bethesda support, with screenshots of how the helmet available in-game doesn't fit, and then ask to escalate your ticket when they tell you the helmet isn't included, or to find the in-game one.
Took me two weeks, 6 emails, multiple requests for escalation, until they admitted that they made a mistake, that the helmet is supposed to be included, and that they simply discounted the bundle instead of changing the images, so that they can claim "we didn't charge you for the helmet".
Massive clusterduck, we shouldn't have to pester them for two weeks to get the dang helmet.
And before anyone claims the in-game helmet fits the orange suit, go buy the orange suit and see for yourself, it doesn't, they're not the same helmet, nor the same suit, so please stop lying.

"read what you're actually buying" - Nope, there's no mention that the helmet is included, that it's the suit only. I bought a different outfit at the same time (captain cosmic or whatever it's called), showed a suit and bubble helmet, there I got the bubble helmet with no mention that it came with the suit.
"The helmet is available in-game, as is the suit" - No it isn't. That's a different spacesuit, the silver one, the helmet doesn't fit the orange suit because they're not the same model. If you use the helmet from the silver suit you'll have a very noticeable gap in the neck. It's not the same helmet, and I wish people would stop saying it is. Even Bethesda's support claimed that it was, initially, until I sent them screenshots.
"A recolor/reskin of the suit" - No, again they're not the same suit, it's not just a reskin. Why would you perpetuate a lie like this?
Go buy the orange suit and try it with the in-game helmet, and you'll see.
