It is a pity it appears the author of this story only appears to have watched the movies and never read the books. In no boos does it ever suggest Draco threw his wand to Harry. Harry got Dracos wand at Malfoy Manor and it was put inside his robes as he walked into the forest to "resist the temptation to defend himself"
