I think Madara can beat Sukuna but this applies in only two conditions 20 fingers Sukuna will eat Madara like a no breather. Since Sukuna never found the 20th finger and re-sorted to eat his head which was not really sealed means in jjk we never saw Sukuna in his full powered heian era.
