Larian isn't the DnD/Baldurs Gate IP holder, so it's irrelevant whether they want to make a sequel or not. Wizards of the Coast owns the IP, and they plan to have another studio make Baldurs Gate 4. Especially with how much money BG3 made.

How many times do we have to go over this? Just because lots of people are leaving negative reviews doesn't mean it is review bombing.

It's not like its has uktra high fidelity graphics. It's a cell shaded game that runs like crap and barely gets 60 FPS on a high end right with frame generation. That is not acceptable. There's no justification as to why this game should run this poorly.

Remember a couple years ago when Snoop Dogg said he was going to "give up smoke" but it was really just an ad for a camp stove?

Edge of Fate did move the needle on Destiny 2's perception, just in the wrong direction though. Anyone whose not terminally online or a content creator thinks this expansion sucks. The core of the game is dead, and this is just some ghoulish reanimation to keep the microtransactions coming in while Bungie pins their hopes on Marathon.

Destiny 2 is a microtransaction hellscape and Bungie is an unethical company ran by some of the greediest executives in the business. The best way to wait for the edge of fate is to play something else instead.

What? Omiltika is trash. For an endgame horn it has a mid at best song selection. Both the status and raw versions aren't even worth talking about. The elemental one gets restore sharpness and resounding melody, but then it's just a worse version of resounding galahad, since that also has attack up L and extend melodies.

He's never going to finish. He already got his bag, from his point of view he has very little to gain from it and lots to lose.

What very likely happened is the show hit the major plot points that his books would have and everyone hated it. He doesn't know how to change it at this point, and anything he would release will be a disappointment after all these years. If anyone is still waiting on the books to conclude, the only way that will happen is if his estate gives it to another writer to finish after he passes away.
