What else are people going to spend there time on at endgame if not some grinding? If you get unlimited tempers then everyone will just keep rolling until they get the max on the roll they want. And then they will complain, why not just give us the max on each roll to start with. Where does it end? Maybe the third attempt at a temper takes 10 scrolls...etc

This item costs more than the best gear you would dup. Why would anyone want to use it? Just sell it and buy all the best gear in each slot for the same price or less. Why would it sell for so much?
