There were better choices than almost all of these for downsides.

Munch munch: eternal hunger

Human Human: does nothing but make you unable to swim if youre a human

Revive revive: you have to die for it to do anything and if you dont find your body in time you'll be a skeleton.

Brain fruit: your head will become so big you're immobile.

Time fruit: you can only jump forward blindly and never back.
