A year on the Xbox x of it not connecting online, Dreamlight Valley. No help from the support or suggestions on how to fix. I bought the game and got 20k moonstones I can't use. Can't access any online content or updates or item shop. No one listens or tries to help. Ready to pursue action under Australian consumer law because I did not get what I paid for.
