Guys, aren't we neglecting the fact that Buggy could be Rocks D. Xebec himself? I mean, it was never stated that Rocks D. Xebec died in the God Valley incident. Sengoku's statement may be invalid because the time or cause of his death was never mentioned. I mean, Rocks could have had any devil fruit. What if he had something like the Toki-Toki no mi? That kind of states that he can control the flow of time around a person or completely which would make him hard to defeat because he would replenish his fighters and make them way more powerful than they actually are. I mean, it's obvious he would eat another fruit, because he faced defeat in the hands of Garp and Roger and wanted to have a better and powerful fruit. After all, Rocks may be old, and he might have the knowledge of the capabilities of the Bara-Bara no mi. They kind of look the same if you compare their evil laughs side-by-side... It also explains why Buggy would want to cover his face. It's not because he is the son of Rocks, it's because he is Rocks!
