I thought it was implied that Granolah was still more powerful than Goku's newest transformation simply because it allowed him to access his same potential, just without needing to rid himself of feelings. Goku didn't get a power boost, just more control over Ultra Instinct. In fact, "Mastered" Ultra Instinct is still the pinnacle of the ability so if that's the case, Goku is using an inferior version. Also, Vegeta surpassed Goku in the Granolah Arc... Goku is the weakest on this list, though not by much.

And I believe Gohan and Broly are implied to be stronger, or does the Granolah Arc not coincide with when Super Hero took place which still only leaves Broly.

Uzumaki Damn, shame that in Naruto everyone from the older generation took a backseat or was killed in order for Naruto's generation to come to play... Wait, Boruto is following that example so I guess Naruto's generation wasn't as good as they were hyped up to be...

Boruto is the main character in Boruto, not Naruto. Him getting a power up should put him back to his peak or close to it... But that wouldn't be a Boruto series then, just Naruto: Return of the First Generation.

You don't need to have a power up to lead the next generation. You forgot Kakashi? Might Gai? Shikaku? They were leading their next generation already without any massive power ups. So I am unsure how him becoming more powerful is somehow leading the way for Boruto's generation... If anything, he would be a deus ex machina which is the exact opposite.

Doesn't make sense for Boruto to ever be stronger or faster than his father or Sasuke, considering they are reincarnations of ninja gods... But I guess using Minato's technique would technically make him faster than most others.

So we are just gonna ignore the best Taijustu masters in the anime: Might Dai and Might Gai? The father, Might Dai, was a "Genin" who took out most of the Seven Swordsmen all on his own, something no Jounin up to that point could do - even Kakashi couldn't handle Zabuza alone who was one of the remaining ones. And Madara would have died to Might Gai and was considered the strongest Taijustu user by an improved Madara himself (Madara in his prime would have died to Might Gai due to no healing factor). I don't know why they weren't up there... You could have consolidated Minato, Naruto and Boruto as the number one spot to make room for them.
