I thought it was implied that Granolah was still more powerful than Goku's newest transformation simply because it allowed him to access his same potential, just without needing to rid himself of feelings. Goku didn't get a power boost, just more control over Ultra Instinct. In fact, "Mastered" Ultra Instinct is still the pinnacle of the ability so if that's the case, Goku is using an inferior version. Also, Vegeta surpassed Goku in the Granolah Arc... Goku is the weakest on this list, though not by much.

Boruto is the main character in Boruto, not Naruto. Him getting a power up should put him back to his peak or close to it... But that wouldn't be a Boruto series then, just Naruto: Return of the First Generation.

You don't need to have a power up to lead the next generation. You forgot Kakashi? Might Gai? Shikaku? They were leading their next generation already without any massive power ups. So I am unsure how him becoming more powerful is somehow leading the way for Boruto's generation... If anything, he would be a deus ex machina which is the exact opposite.

Doesn't make sense for Boruto to ever be stronger or faster than his father or Sasuke, considering they are reincarnations of ninja gods... But I guess using Minato's technique would technically make him faster than most others.

So we are just gonna ignore the best Taijustu masters in the anime: Might Dai and Might Gai? The father, Might Dai, was a "Genin" who took out most of the Seven Swordsmen all on his own, something no Jounin up to that point could do - even Kakashi couldn't handle Zabuza alone who was one of the remaining ones. And Madara would have died to Might Gai and was considered the strongest Taijustu user by an improved Madara himself (Madara in his prime would have died to Might Gai due to no healing factor). I don't know why they weren't up there... You could have consolidated Minato, Naruto and Boruto as the number one spot to make room for them.

I love how they overplayed Goku by saying he can destroy galaxies (which isn't even something that Angels and GoDs can do) as well as having no limits, which is ALSO disproven by Vegeta and Whis verbatim in both the manga and anime as well as Akira Toriyama when he mentioned how Goku and Vegeta no longer get zenkai.

Also, Sung Jinwoo actually moves faster than any character in Dragon Ball Super since it was stated on Toei's official website that by the Tournament of Power, Super Sonic speeds is THE fastest any fighter could move at by stating it in Dyspo's article - literally the second of two times speed was ever mentioned officially.

Or for Dragon Ball Kai only? I'm fairly certain Gohan appears in more episodes for Dragon Ball Z than any other character, Goku included.

100% Saitama. Most of Goku's skills are when fan(boys) are power-scaling and not taking in the actual feat. If you say "Who in the Dragon Ball world can mimic exactly what Saitama just did?" And you'll get the default response of them either calling you ignorant and wrong... Or simply deflecting the topic without answering - both of which confirm that Goku can't do what Saitama does. After all, we've seen Goku literally go all out in almost all of his battles, meaning he holds nothing back... Nothing he's done is on Saitama's destructive capabilities or inhuman endurance.

Also, canon sources only state canon speed within the franchise under Nimbus (Daizenshuu 4) and Dyspo (Toei website) where Mach 5 is THE fastest speed. Goku's not touching Saitama, unfortunately since Saitama is already fighting in space, sneezing away planets bigger than our Earth, surviving touching the surface of the sun and saying he felt a little warm, and moving so fast he leaves not just after images - but lines of light that show his trail without disappearing so it looks like one pattern of flashing light. And by "not touching him", I mean he's gonna get hits but Saitama's gonna treat him like a joke just like everyone else in his series. Goku's actually canonically WEAKER than some S-class heroes in the One-Punch Man universe.
