Maybe 3D spotting can only be seen by your squad only instead of your entire team? I think that would balance it out too.

Maybe DICE should make 3D spotting visible only for your squad? That way if you 3D spot an enemy, only your squad can see instead of your entire team. Would make more sense. In Battlefield 2042, you were constantly spotted from gadgets and abilities which made it annoying.
