I was leveling a toon in Vanilla when BC came out a few months later... I absolutely loved the way talents and builds worked!
I played Druids and loved how versatile they felt they were pretty good at everything but not great at any one thing. Maybe raid heals but anyway, Wotlk / Cata hit and they started locking down the Talent trees and it killed hybrid classes like the druid and Shaman...
Dumbing the game down to allow more players into the game by over simplifying everything typically ends with more players leaving over them butchering game play and making it boring.
So once again Blizzard heads down a road to make the same mistakes it made previously lol.
