I usually only play ranked. But since 6v6 came it's all me and my friends have been playing. Annoying that 6v6 competitive isn't a thing.

Make ranked 2-2-2 and 1-3 heroes of each class/open queue permanent and watch OW2 gain popularity again.Honestly when starting OW2 there should be 2 huge buttons. One that says "5v5" and one that says "Actual Fun". If you go 5v5, you'll get standard OW2. If you press the "Actual Fun" button you get standard OW2, but everything is 6v6.

Leave it like that a couple of months and see which button gets pressed more often. Then focus more resources on the one that "wins" (6v6).
