I don't know much about DRM at all, first time I'm hearing about it honestly. But I own persona 3 reload and have never had any performance issues at all. The game itself isn't very intensive visually compared to a typical AAA title with fancy post processing and all that jazz. I feel like whatever DRM does to performance would have to be pretty extreme to make a game like persona 3 reload struggle on a modern PC...
