Hey guys I spend enough money with you,don't you think you should return the favor and send really good rewards???? I mean I know people who haven't spent one dollar and they get same crap rewards as me and others who have spent generously,I'm not talking down on people who don't spend,because I play other games and don't spend on those,and if things don't soon change for the better this will be a game I don't spend on and I will spend on different game,I mean I've went above and beyond helping your support team with big problems and didn't even get a thank you,that tells me maybe all u guys care about is the money...... I guess we will see if I get a reply or email or message in game..... But somehow I doubt I will,and even more doubtful that I/we will get even better rewards,I do know I'm not helping w problems I e seen in past and reported I mean yeah they got fixed pretty quick but again no thank you and no reward means no more free help either.....
