NEVER PLAY THIS GAME!! 

I used to play this game a long time ago and was going to start playing it again. I saw it on Steam and tried to use the Key Code. That never worked.

I uninstalled and did a fresh install from their website. That worked up until it asked for a subscription. I paid for a year of game play and purchased the new Dawntrail Expansion. I tried to start the game. It gave me an error saying my key was invalid and after digging through their website, I found my original key code. I used that then I got a subscription error saying my subscription was invalid. I got tired of messing with it so I got into a chat session with their support.

Apparently, once you give them money... There are no refunds. They said it's stated in their TOS that once a charge has been processed, they will not refund. It's been less than 48 hours since they charged me. This is theft of service. I will never play another Square Enix game ever again and I will make sure I post negative reviews on every single website I find.
