What you're asking for is called a gameplay trailer. What GTA VI is showing is called a cinematic trailer. Unlike movies, games have three trailers, one for showing the story, one for showing the gameplay and one for breaking down the game and explaining the controls.

Instead of the story, I think a better point for Rogue will be that the first game you will play shouldn't be one that tells you that the good guys are the bad guys.

Similarly for Odyssey, a better reason should be that it barely has any Assassin's Creed elements in it, so the new player would be severely misled.
