They can't though. If you remember what happened around the time of the great vaulting, they just launched a new lighting engine. The real reason everything was vaulted was because they had to manually convert all the content to this new lighting engine which apparently took a lot of man hours. It's not a switch they can pull. With all the layoffs, they probably don't have anywhere near the manpower to do it.
