Comparing Overwatch's 7th (or 8th, I lost count) set of LNY skins to Rival's 1st is just another unfair comparison between Rivals and Overwatch.

Excitement for Overwatch events has always lowered YoY because it's always the same. "Recycled events" remember that? The skins stopped mattering to people after a few years.

People are similarly hyped for these new Rivals events and skins as they were for Overwatch in 2016/2017. We'll see if that hype is still there for Rivals LNY in 2030.

I completely agree. Sasuke just felt off. I didn't consider him "redeemed" at all after the war. The wandering episodes were cool, but definitely not "redemption" in the eyes of Konoha.

The most important part for me, is the respawn timers. It's a great way to know how many allies are dead and when they'll be back. Especially as a tank, to know how long I have to hold until I get my main support back.

I highly doubt the Series S is the reason these games are 30fps at launch. It's most likely because of time constraints. Or, maybe the developers were never targeting 60fps because they were told they don't have to.
